Each unit contains the following components:

An opening conversation or article in which a specific facet of the restaurant industry will be discussed among a pair of speakers.
‧ALPHABET SOUP
A review of the highlighted vocabulary presented within the conversation or article.
‧GRAMMAR DESSERT
An activity keying on a grammatical concept presented within each of the units’ conversations or articles.
‧ACTIVITY DIGESTIF
A question meant for further discussion by students whether in pairs or groups.
