The Hotel/Motel book is about a group of condensed total body exercises that people can do while out of town or can be done in the confines of their home. Each group of exercises can be done
with body weight only or if one chooses, rubber alloy bands can also be used for some of the workouts. You can travel light because a lot of equipment is unnecessary.These exercises are geared
for folks that don’t want to spend hours in a gym and who might travel frequently for business or pleasure. Most of the workouts are anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes long, including a warm-up at
the beginning and static stretches at the end.
