When the body of young Kera Rogers is found, half-eaten, and another person disappears, the county’s best trackers, including game warden Jack Cates and ex-military Tufa Bronwyn Chess, are assembled to find the truth, and must weed through the literal beasts in the woods and figurative wolves in sheep’s clothing to find out who or what is really responsible.
