Essentials of NEPSY-II Assessment

This new book in the Essentials of Psychological Assessment series covers all the many updates, aimed at enhancing the usability and ease of administration, of the NEPSY-II, which published by Pearson in 2007.  The NEPSY-II is used to in evaluate children's ability and performance in 6 domains: executive function and attention, language, memory and learning, sensorimotor, visuospatial processing, and social perception.

Revisions from the NEPSY to the NEPSY-II include increasing the age span of those that can be tested with the instrument to 3-16 years; adding three new tests of executive functioning and two new measures of visuospatial processing; a new social perception domain to enhance the assessment of children with autism spectrum disorders; and domain scores were dropped in favor of the more clinically sensitive subtest scores. 

Packaged in the user-friendly Essentials series style and format, this book allows "one-stop shopping" for anyone who wants to learn how to interpret, administer, and score the NEPSY-II.
