Bishop

Bishop, born Richard Timothy Brown, Jr., is the son of a pastor and a humble schoolteacher. The Browns faced a financial problem when his mother was laid off. Choosing between keeping the church or their house, they kept their faith in GOD and kept the church. The Browns moved to the notorious Fort Greene projects in Brooklyn, New York. Growing up a church boy, Richard had no friends until he met Kendu, a young kid from the streets who gave Richard the name Bishop. He then met his first love Lisa who was tired of going out with no good thugs. Bishop's life takes a drastic change when Kendu is killed by one of Shameek's ruthless soldiers. Not only is Shameek a vicious thug, but he is also Lisa's jealous ex-boyfriend. To kill is a sin, but Bishop has no choice to protect his family and himself by any means necessary.
