Updating her 2013 PhD dissertation at the University of London, Feinberg examines the counter-terrorism measures adopted by the United Nations and four regional organizations, and the
implementation of these measures by their member states. She investigates whether states have transferred sovereign competences to these organizations and whether measures adopted as a result
are, in fact, implemented by the member states, thereby impacting the domestic law and sovereignty of the states. She also considers the case law of regional organizations because they have
significantly contribute to the understanding and procedures of the current international counter-terrorism regime. Annotation ©2016 Ringgold, Inc., Portland, OR (protoview.com)
