After his graduation in Spokane, Jack Fitzpatrick can’t get out of town quick enough. Armed with his final paycheck from his haute neighbor, Mrs. Pohlkiss, he heads to California determined to prove that money does buy happiness. After his promised modeling career fails, and string of disheartening temp jobs, he lands a position at a no name bond firm, and is more determined than ever to wave a few million dollars in front of his old neighbor’s face ...
