A Soft Target and the Rogue Technology, Part Two

An innocent civilian is subjected to gruesome torture and is pursued in Gulf, India, Africa till he agrees to work for a sinister, unknown group. Several attempts are made to kill him using the rogue technology—radioactive materials. But there were angels too.

The unknown group alleges that he is a communist who works for Saddam Hussein and is also engaged in spying against his own country. A woman of the unknown group shows her interest in clandestine arms dealers, drugs, illicit liquor. She talks of her knowledge of terror plans worldwide much before they actually happen.

The strategy of the tyrant, unknown group is to make the innocents lose their belief, faith in their work, profession, education, income, family. The rogues show that they can use the technology to abuse believers in any religious place in different countries. The rogues use technology to talk in every language of the world.

The rogue talk using electromagnetic waves and use atmospheric conditions, radioactive wastes, toxic gases. The abundant use can be done by tyrants or rogues close to the former. The Indian Intelligence put the innocent man under surveillance for decades, which proved to be a blessing in disguise for him.
