The Reincarnation of Samuel Leadbetter

Samuel Leadbetter, a doctor in Victorian London, witnesses a bizarre murder on Blackfriars Bridge and stumbles upon a secret opium trade run by mysterious monks. To make matters worse, he is having strange visions, seeing life through the eyes of others, fading in and out of their lives at the most inconvenient moments. But a greater danger lurks and a bigger picture begins to emerge. Power-mad megalomaniac, Jared Thoth, seeks a knowledge which was lost at the time of the Great Flood, a knowledge of weapons of mass destruction which could end the world in 1874. Only Samuel Leadbetter stands in his way. In the present day, Orlando Gibbons is Leadbetter reincarnated and faces the same enemy, but this time the life of his wife, Sarah, also hangs in the balance. Past and future lives collide in a chase through time to prevent disaster on a global scale.
