Editors Evanoff, Haldane, and Kaufman present readers with a collection of expert and academic perspectives on the cumulative impact of regulatory reform on global economics and finance taken
from research presented at the seventeenth annual international banking conference held in Chicago, Illinois in 2014. The editors have organized the selections that make up the main body of the
text in eight parts focused on regulatory and market response to the financial crisis, the transitional impact of reforms on the financial sector, long-term cumulative steady state outcomes of
reforms, and other related issues. Douglas D. Evanoff is with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Andrew G. Haldane is with the Bank of England in the UK. George G. Kaufman is a faculty member
of Loyola University, Illinois. Annotation ©2016 Ringgold, Inc., Portland, OR (protoview.com)
