The Poetry of Mildmay Fane, Second Earl of Westmorland: From the Fulbeck, Harvard and Westmoreland Manuscripts

This volume presents seven manuscripts containing nearly 500 poems written by Mildmay Fane between 1625 and 1665 which were only recently discovered. Fane was the first peer to publish his own poetry, but during his lifetime he only published one volume, containing 137 poems.
