This book has five dazzling six squares, each featuring Kumiko Sudo’s signature appliqué designs. The designs can be created as 16” x 16” blocks with beautiful borders, and are perfect as small wall hangings or as pillow covers. They can also be easily arranged side by side to create larger quilts. Once the blocks are “quartered”—quarter sections made up into smaller 8” x 8” blocks—they can be rotated, reflected, or rearranged to create completely new designs.
