Marique examines the legal regulations involving public-private partnerships, or PPPs, providing a comprehensive overview of their function, regulation, and interaction with other institutions
and the communities in which they exist. Subjects covered include PPPs, financial crises, and public spending, PPPs in regulation, PPPs in England, the institutions, and changes they’ve
undergone since their inception in 1992, and organizing long-term relationships between PPPs and partner institutions, among others. Marique is a faculty member of the University of Essex, UK.
