Evanoff and Moeller have collected eighteen essays and scholarly articles examining some of the important aspects of the Dodd-Frank Act and its impact on the regulation of banking. The essays are arranged in five parts, providing a summary of the act, before focusing on financial stability through regulation, financial stability through efficient failure resolution, financial stability through bank breakups, consumer protection, and a final section questioning whether the legislation was needed.
