Send for a Superhero!

A father reads his children a bedtime story about two villains whose wicked plot to suck all the money out of the banks and cover everything in slime is unsuccessfully countered by every superhero until a clever young man transforms himself into Extremely Boring Man and puts everyone to sleep.
