International contributors in organizational psychology, business intelligence, and management address obstacles to increasing women’s representation in professional and managerial jobs at all

topics such as managerial and cross-cultural issues related to gender in organizations, and profiles of women’s career development over time. Part 2 details challenges facing career women, such
as sexual harassment, prejudice against women leaders, and female misogyny. Part 3 looks at women in specific occupational sectors and roles, including professional services firms, academia,
technology and engineering, and the software services sector in India. Part 4 highlights strategic initiatives, women’s leadership programs, and e-coaching for supporting women’s career
