This study investigates the management of intellectual capital in the Malaysian public sector as a tool for non-financial organizational performance. It analyzes the theoretical relationship
between intellectual capital and organizational performance and empirically investigates the relationship between associated variables; with human capital, internal capital, and external
capital serving as the observed variables of intellectual capital and effectiveness, efficiency, and reputation serving as the observed variables for non-financial organizational performance.
The author confirms his hypothesis that intellectual capital resources lead to capabilities and competence in organizational performance. Distributed in North America by Turpin Distribution.
