Directory of Publishing 2014

In addition to detailed information about nearly 900 book publishers in the two countries, the Directory looks at the book trade generally, and lists more than 500 organizations associated with it, including packagers, distributors, library suppliers, author agents, and translation services. An appendix analyzes publishers by field of specialty. Indexes are by ISBN prefix numbers, names of key personnel, and publishers’ imprints. British publishers are also listed by postcode. For publishers listed in last year’s edition who did not respond to questionnaires, last year’s entry is repeated and marked. An accompanying disk contains a searchable PDF copy of the Directory.
