內容簡介

The nine chapters in this book were originally published as papers in various journals in 2007-2012. They examine general issues related to benefit-cost analysis of social programs and look at benefit-cost analysis of specific types of programs, such as early childhood intervention, health, and safety preparedness. The book concludes with two empirical examples using non-market valuation and a presentation of guidelines for principles and standards for benefit-cost analysis.
