The Rendition: Library Edition

U.S. intelligence officer Alex Klear is sent to the Balkans as part of the secret war to win Kosovo's freedom from Serbia, but he quickly becomes a target of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the fall guy for a bungled secret operation.
