effects of unethical behavior and the positive rewards of ethical business practices. Using 26 well known examples as case studies to show students how behaviors like Ponzi schemes, digital
piracy, and insider trading result in not personal gain but instead have ruinous financial and legal consequences. Taking a top down managerial approach, the authors look at how ethical
business behaviors and cultures result in improved social and financial outcomes for an organization. In the second edition, the authors have also included topics such as green marketing,
business ethics in the developing world, and includes a chapter specifically devoted to preparing today’s students for ethical behavior and practices in today’s business environment. Annotation
