Buried on Avenue B

When the cops find the skeleton of a ten-year-old boy buried in a park off Avenue B, NYPD detective Darlene O'Hara must dive headlong into the city's dark underbelly to find a killer where she stumbles upon an amoral tribe of criminals who target the weakest members of the population.
