Egyptian-Type Pottery in the Late Bronze Age Southern Levant

Filling a longstanding gap in research, Martin took a systematic approach to studying Egyptian and local imitations of Egyptian vessels in order to establish chronological lines from Egypt of the New Kingdom to the region of the southern Levant during the Late Bronze Age. For this volume he expanded his (unpublished) Ph.D dissertation (2005: Vienna U., Austria) to include additional sites and review additional aspects of the pottery. The volume concludes with 68 plates showing drawings of the types of vessels discussed in the study. Distributed in North America by The David Brown Book Co.
