It presents content that is confounding and stimulating to the sober viewer but adds extra irreverence by playing off--and playfully joking on��he possibility of the reader being in an altered state. Text consists largely of very short introductions to chapters and captions (where necessary). Will include classic optical illusions that have been ��tonerfied��by being printed in vibrant colors, Escher-type visual riddles, psychedelic typographics (in the mannor of the1960's film noir artist), magic eye images that allow 3D shapes to emerge from white noise backgrounds (the shapes are bongs, hemp leaves, and other stoner tools). Every aspect of the book will be treated as part of the optical illusions, such as, printing all page numbers in reverse, having hemp seeds with drop shadows in the gutter of the book to simulate the effect as if the book had been used to separate bud seeds from ganja leaves, as was done in the days of record albums years ago. Would make a great collection addition for any brain gamer, puzzle master, or champion stoner.
