Fun with Words

From the very first puzzle--which greets kids by asking them to find the word “hello” on two blackboards--this collection builds language skills and makes learning fun. Youngsters can test their budding abilities by doing picture crosswords (the clue is an image, and the child writes the word in a grid); circling letters that don't belong; connecting the dots to create a picture; and filling in blanks to reveal a famous nursery rhyme.
