In the small Victorian town of Salthead, metaphysics professor Titus Tiggs and Dr. Daniel Dampe investigate a series of bizarre sightings, including phantom ships, ghosts, and extinct creatures, that may be linked to an ancient evil intent on the destruction of every living being in Salthead.
