Electronic business (e-business) has an important role in the economy and offers potential and opportunities to encourage competitiveness. While e-business is not limited to large enterprises,
it brings with it particular operational, tactical, and strategic challenges for small and medium enterprises (SME). This collection of models, proposals, and studies is intended to point out
