Livorno, Tuscany, 1504. A horde of giant apes invades the city sowing terror. In the confusion, some outsiders where hunting a man who achieved to hand over a mysterious code before dying. Days later, in Florence, Nicola Machiavelli, accompanied by a student of Leonardo Da Vinci, found the bodies of four Saracens along with a strange creature in an excavation.
