This is a big book (10.25x11.75")--its size necessary to accommodate a thorough survey of the architectural work created over the course of 30 years by the Swiss-based firm of Diener &
Diener. Full-page photos, drawings, and text offer readers a chance to understand each project's parameters, vision, problems, and solutions. Essays, an interview, and a chronology round out
the presentation. Among the projects: the Novartis Campus Forum 3 in Basel, the Swiss Embassy in Berlin, the 1998 Swiss Pavilion at the Frankfurt Book Fair, and buildings currently under
construction all over Europe. The four writer/editors are affiliated as follows: Joseph Abram (Ecole nationale sup矇rieure d'architecture de Nancy, France); Sabine von Fischer and Martin
Steinman both have connection with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (where Roger Diener himself teaches); and Adam Szymczyk (Kunsthalle Basel). Annotation 穢2012 Book News, Inc.,
