The Cruise of the Walnut Shell

R. Andre wrote and illustrated this lovely story of two children who travel around the world in a tiny boat made out of a walnut shell. Along the way they meet wild animals and cannibals; in Australia they discover the kangaroo, the black swan and the platypus.
