As the author of the book Great Grilled Cheese (Stewart, Tabori & Chang, 2004), Laura Werlin has probably, eaten, created, cooked, and promoted, more grilled cheese sandwiches than just
about any sane person. Then again, the book’s sales indicate that there are thousands and thousands of people who are clearly interested in making grilled cheese sandwiches as well.
