A Variorum Commentary on the Poems of John Milton: Paradise Lost

The project has been in progress for over half a century now, and continues compiling commentary written between 1695 and 1970 on Milton's (1608-74) poems line by line. This first volume to cover any of Paradise Lost, considers Book Four.
