As an HR professional I met, interviewed and worked with many different types of Bosses.
One day facing a tough, unfair and rough situation the question came to my mind, "why not to tell the story"" why not sharing with other people my learnings" ? An other day somebody a bit stressed and desperate shared with me the problem she had dealing with her Boss.
