On the outside, everything looks normal for college freshman, Celeste. She spends her days going to class, working on homework and trying to maintain a long distance relationship with summer boyfriend, James. Unbeknownst to her classmates, Celeste is a rare and treasured jewel, even to the Neromati, an ancient race of people with powers of telepathy,telekinesis and mind control.Spending hours honing her telepathy and learning how to protect herself aren't activities that fit into the normal college coed's schedule, but life gets even more complicated when she has to listen to the thoughts of her fellow classmates or else put her life in danger. Celeste gets closer to the dangerous world of the Neromati and farther from normalcy until a mysterious and ruggedly handsome young man makes her question everything.
