Gemma is the manager of a hotel and gets an order from her boss, with whom she had a relationship a while ago, to solve a customer's claim in person. Gemma is upset with his request because this isn't part of her work. When she goes to solve the issue, one very attractive man receives her, and even though she is working and knows positively that this is not a good idea, Gemma can not help herself but flirt with him.
