Cosmo and the Secret Spell

Cosmo the witch-cat has got his paws full with his new brothers and sisters. Especially when the kittens accidentally fall under the Frog-Witch's spell and turn into frogs. The clever witch says she knows how to turn them back. But before the she can even wiggle her wand, they are kidnapped by a stranger with a plan for the Witch's frog spells.
