Maltese artist Patrick Dalli is particularly known for his paintings of nudes. In this companion book to an exhibit of works made 2008-2010, the paintings are shown in their complete state and
as close up fragments. The commentary, by Giuseppe Bonaci, states that Dalli's nudes are impersonal and unsexed. The viewer may find otherwise. There are multiple visions of only a few models,
all of whom are portrayed as intense, strong individuals. There are also portraits in the collection and flowing watercolor sketches that are another facet of Dalli's style. Oversize 10 x 11.5
