Like the successful The Practical Joker’s Handbook, this sequel is built upon contributions from Nyberg’s fans submitted through his Web site. Of course, Nyberg has sifted though his warped fans’ merciless suggestions to weed out the dangerous, the mean-spirited, and the potentially litigious. As Nyberg says in the book’s introduction, it’s only a good practical joke if “both parties (eventually) find humor in the prank.”
