Mark Moretti, burned out after finishing his father's legacy project in downtown Boise and on the way to a summer fishing trip, finds himself stranded in Ketchikan, Alaska and wanders into a
bar called the Blue Note. Owner Danalee Jackson, a single mother coping with her son's father, a failing floatplane business, and her bar's code violations, is not about to let an outsider with
a chip on his shoulder get to her.
