In the early 1980s money was allotted for a building to house the Supreme Court of Israel; siblings Ram Karmi and Ada Karmi-Melamede (both Israeli architects with their own practices) worked as
a team on their winning submission to the 1986 design competition. In this oversize book (11x12") architect Schultz (California College of the Arts, and City College of San Francisco) documents
the design of this extraordinary building in a manner appropriate for architects and other planners. She present sketches and plans in support of her description of context, locale, and design
