內容簡介

"Coopetition" is a neologism introduced to the economics literature about a dozen years ago to refer to those situations where companies cooperate on certain parts of their business where they do not feel they have competitive advantage and yet remain in competition in other areas. In this volume, Dagnino (business economics and management, U. of Catania, Italy) and Rocco (business economics and management, U. of Venice Ca’ Foscari, Italy) present 15 papers with the goals of reviewing the evolution of the concept and the current state of the art of the management studies literature on coopetition; identifying the key management characteristics of coopetition strategy; and examining case studies of coopetition in action at the country, industry, and firm levels, along with experimental evidence.
