Passing By tells the story of Sebastian San Vicente, a royal character, a Spanish anarchist born in Gij籀n, who moved to Mexico during the Revolution years to organize the aid worker. No home, no family, nothing has and nothing is afraid to lose. He is a tremendously captivating figure, with whom the reader sympathizes since the beginning of the story.
