Dope Thief

Impersonating federal agents as part of a scam through which they confiscate money and drugs from small-time dealers, former juvenile detention friends Ray and Manny enjoy increasingly lucrative spoils before choosing a murderous target, a situation that has Ray realizing how much he longs to escape his criminal life.
