In this novel of friendship and the transition into adulthood, four friends—a Latino, an Irishman, and two Danes—journey through the United Kingdom in a 1974 Ford Mustang in search of the Scottish barn where Jethro Tull made its debut. While experiencing Dover’s bars, Liverpool’s sunrises, and Hay-on-Wye’s bookstores, these young men explore an antiquated England and share their most intimate memories and reflections.
