Becoming the world's top security force takes practice, but Jay is sick of running the usual drills. This gadget guru wants things done his way, or not at all. When the evil Shadow Cell squadron infiltrates the city's naval base, Jay must make a decision. Will he work with the team to stop the bad guys? Or, will Jay leave the Recon Academy for good?
