Time and Time Again

Late in 1997 the New York/ New Jersey Mob sent teams into Florida to expand their money-making endeavors. They were into drugs, prostitution, gambling and other criminal enterprises. It was serious in several of the larger cities in Florida, especially where there were `customers' for their enterprises.
