瓦爾特‧莫爾斯（Walter Moers）
1957年誕生於德國西部，為德國著名的畫家和電影劇本作家。1999年出版了長篇小說《藍熊船長的奇幻大冒險》，在歐美轟動一時，同年以此書榮獲「德國格林文學獎」。為當代德國最重要的兒童文學作家，目前生活在德國漢堡。
繪者簡介
古斯塔夫‧多雷（Gustave Dore，1832-1883）
法國十九世紀著名的插畫家，他繪製插圖的作品有二百多部，其中塞萬提斯《堂吉軻德》、但丁《神曲》、拉伯雷《巨人傳》、喬叟《坎伯特雷故事集》、彌爾頓《失樂園》和完整的《聖經》最為世人所讚賞。
