The Lonely Crosses

Richard Bede spent ten years in prison for saving the life of his only daughter. Now, only months after regaining his freedom, he finds a murdered Native girl while jogging in the wilderness of the Chippewa National Forest of northern Minnesota. Events will draw Richard into a maze of mysteries and emotions. As the story progresses, the mystery of who murdered the Native girl evolves to the deeper and more critical mystery of just who killed the murderer, a mystery that must be solved in order to save the killer.
