Hummingbird

Having been raised by her grandmother who taught her everything she knew about the cycle of life on her watermelon farm, twelve-year-old March Anne finds comfort in what she has learned about nature when her grandmother suffers a heart attack and she is forced to accept the inevitability that her grandmother's passing is near.
