Forgiving God

This story begins during World War II - and ends forty years later when the circumstances of a mysterious burial, and the torment of an obsessive woman are understood. Set in a farm community at the foot of the southern California mountains, surrounded by orange groves, the story enjoys the perspectives of upright adults and guileless children.
